Welcome to our New Website! Please read the following points to better understand the objective of this new site.
- Purpose: The purpose of this new site is to make it easier for our customers to find and order products. You can place your order online quickly and easily by adding your products to the cart and sending us your order via the checkout page! No account or payment is required to place an order. You will no longer be required to write down the part # and send an email or call to order products, once this migration is complete.
- Work In Progress: As you may realize we are still in the progress of migrating our site from the “old product image galleries” to the “new product pages”. Please bear with us as you continue to navigate between our new products and old product image galleries. As much as we would like to wait to launch the new site until it’s complete we are hoping that what has been done so far will help us in such a way that, we will have even more time to migrate the products faster. At this point we have 90% of our body panels online which should help immensely!
- Streamlined for Production: Besides just adding the products to our new site, we are also updated our files and part numbers in such a way so that it’s easier for us to process your orders. We are hoping that if you order from our website your order will be processed in our system faster then the traditional email/phone or any other order method. That being said, products not in our new product pages as well as custom designed products, will take more time to process and build.
- Time Saver: For us as well as for our customers. Customer don’t have to wait for a quote. Should be able to find what they need faster. No need to verify that it will fit their truck as clear pictures are provided for every product. No need for us to send quotes and pictures as everything that we have will be online.
- Pricing: The new layout offers pricing for each item so that you are not required to call for pricing or send an email and wait days for a quote! This should be a real time saver for our customers! Especially if you must submit a quote to insurance before you can proceed with the order.
- Search Bar: We encourage our customers to use the super fast and smart search bar to find the products that they need. In theory you could place an order just from the search bar. You can enter the SKU it in the search bar and click “Add to Cart” without even going to the products page!
- Separate Orders: We encourage customers to us the new online ordering process as it will make it better for us to process your order. Please add your PO number in the order notes. If you need products from both the “old product image galleries” to the “new product pages” we encourage you to send 2 different orders even if they are for the same PO.

Product Inquiries
Do you build plastic chrome or chrome plated products?
No. We do not build plastic chrome products and we do not do any chrome plating. All our “chrome” products are built out of 304 Grade Mirror Finish Stainless Steel. It will never corrode, rust, or peel.
Do your products include lights?
No, we don’t normally sell lights with our products. This may change with time. None of our products come with lights and they are not included in the price. We do cut holes for lights in most of our products at the customer’s request.
Can you install the products that I bought from you?
No, we don’t normally do installations. Please contact us for some leads to shops that may do the installations for you. If you would like your shop listed here, as someone that would be willing to install our products for customers, let us know!
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer manufacturer’s defect warranty on most products. We do our best to stand behind our products. If we feel we are responsible we will replace, fix, or reimburse on a case-by-case basis to maintain trust, confidence, and a good reputation with our customers.
How long does it normally take for you to build my products?
Our current lead time is up to 2-4 weeks from the time that we process your order (when you receive a confirmation email) to the time that it’s ready to ship out. We may have some more common products in stock that could ship out in a week’s time! Other more complex, more customized products may take longer.
Why is the Add to Cart button faded and doesn’t allow me to click it?
You are required to select 1 attribute from each section to generate the proper variation and Part Number before you can add it to the cart.
Ordering Inquiries
Can I pay for my order and arrange shipping from your website?
No. Due to our extensive line of complex products, we do not offer online shipping or payment. We are compelled to calculate each orders shipping cost manually once all the products are complete, to ensure that you get the best shipping rates possible. Once products are ready to ship, you will be contacted regarding payment.
What are my payment options?
We accept Canadian and U.S. Funds (CAD/USD) in the following methods:
- E-transfers sent to .
- Check dropped of at the time of pickup.
- Cash dropped of at the time of pickup.
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Direct Deposits Contact Us for details. CAD and USD accepted.
- Credit Card by calling 204-829-3410 ext. 2 (subject to 3% service fee). Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Interac, UnionPay, Diners Club International, JCB.
- We do not accept Debit or PayPal.
We normally get customers to pay after your order is complete and shipping costs have been calculated. Payments must be made before your products leave our facility. Please specify how you plan on paying for your products when ordering.
What are the options for getting my products once complete?
PICKUP
Please Contact Us BEFORE you come to make sure that we are available at the time. See our Contact Us page for a nice map on how to get to our location on “all-weather roads” as we are located in a rural area. Please do not travel on dirt or snow-covered roads or ford crossings as you may get stuck! Google Maps may take you down these roads therefore it is highly recommended to us the map provided on the Contact Us page for the best “all-weather roads”.
SHIPPING
We can ship across North America with the most cost-effective freight company or courier available. We normally ship packages via UPS and skids via Kindersley or Manitoulin Transport. We prefer to ship to BUSINESS addresses only or we can have the freight companies hold your packages at the closest depot to your billing address. Please specify if your address is either rural or residential delivery as extra charges will apply. All shipping costs are extra and are NOT included in the product value.

To avoid the shipping hassle, can I purchase your products from a local dealer?
Yes, to save on shipping and to avoid the hassle of payment, shipping and opening an account, please consider purchasing our products from your local dealer! There are various truck products distributors across Western Canada that regularly purchase our products. Please contact us for the information of the closest distributor to you.
How do I become a dealer?
We don’t have an official dealers’ network. But we do offer dealer and quantity discounts to customers that have purchased a large volume and value of products over time and have placed several orders with prompt payments. Contact us for details.
Can I exchange or return my order?
We only offer returns or exchanges for a selected number of standard products that we normally stock and that we feel we can resell to a different customer. Uncommon products that we only build once or twice a year are not returnable. Custom Built Products are NON-RETURNABLE once ordered even before they have shipped. Once you have placed the order the Custom-Built Products are yours to keep.
